What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with talent participating in the project across music, podcast, and creator categories.
- Own the end-to-end talent approval process, including routing materials, tracking approvals, securing sign-offs, and following up on outstanding actions across campaign phases.
- Serve as the primary CBS point of contact for alignment with Music, Marketing, Communications, and Podcast stakeholders.
- Support artist and creator content approval workflows, ensuring assets move efficiently through review cycles and meet production and marketing deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with external production partner teams on talent logistics, scheduling, and rider requirements.
- Maintain and update the master project tracker on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate visibility across all workstreams.
- Monitor cross-functional dependencies and proactively identify risks, blockers, and escalation points.
- Document decisions, action items, and outcomes from project meetings, maintaining an up-to-date decision log.
- Provide ongoing project reporting and operational support to the project lead.
Who You Are
- You have experience managing large-scale entertainment, content, marketing, or live event projects with multiple stakeholders.
- You are experienced in talent relations and can confidently manage communications with artists, creators, agents, managers, and partners.
- You know how to coordinate complex approval processes while balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- You have strong project management skills and experience maintaining trackers, timelines, reporting structures, and risk logs.
- You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- You care about building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication across cross-functional teams.
- You have experience working with external production partners, agencies, or event operators.
- You are skilled at identifying risks early and driving solutions collaboratively.
- You are comfortable operating in fast-moving, highly visible projects where ambiguity and change are common.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.

- This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
- This role follows Spotify's Office Mix model, a blend of in-office and remote work.
