DeLaval is now looking for a Customer Service Representative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, supporting our dealer network, the sales team, and the full order‑to‑delivery process. In this role, you will be a key enabler of operational excellence, contributing to a seamless customer experience and ensuring that our commercial routines run efficiently and with high quality. You will be part of a dynamic environment where collaboration, accuracy, and service orientation are essential to our success.
 

As part of the Customer Service team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting business continuity, ensuring that all data, registrations, and processes are managed with consistency and attention to detail. You will be encouraged to constantly seek improvements, anticipate needs, and collaborate closely with the commercial team to solve challenges and optimize our routines.
 

National and international travel will be necessary for trainings and meetings.

This position will be based in Jaguariúna, Brazil

Responsibilities:

• Provide high‑quality support to dealers, offering clear, professional, and company‑aligned communication.


• Manage the full sales order flow: receiving, validating, entering data into the system, and monitoring orders until completion.


• Register new customers and keep all records accurate and up to date.


• Monitor deadlines, ensure data accuracy, and address any necessary adjustments throughout the process.


• Support the commercial team with tasks related to customer service and sales operations.
   

Experience and knowledge:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably supporting commercial or sales‑related activities.


• Graduation in Business Administration, Logistics or related.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Professionalism, collaborative attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.


• Experience with digital tools and management systems (ERP/CRM).


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


• Intermediate English required.


• Spanish is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer registration routines and commercial operations.


• Analytical mindset, proactive behavior, and solid problem‑solving skills.
