Job Description

  • We are looking for a D2C Sales Op´s Manager to join our team located in São Paulo.
  • The candidate will be in charge for operations control on D2C Sales
  • Must understand all the ecommerce practices, so can structure different analysis, control and standards in order to avoid company losses and maximize profit
  • Inside the company, will be a focal point for operation and contractual issues such marketplace error ́s and disputes, price error ́s, integration problems, consumer bad behavior among others.
  • The profile must be flexible, resilient, with a good market vision and communication skills, in order to transit and influence different company ́s areas, looking for synergy and the best execution plan
  • Problem solve oriented, with a macro vision of business, will be responsible to manage operational KPI ́s such returns, cancelations, commission disputes among others

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Will be responsible for alignment with support areas, seeking the best way to solve problems and reduce the company's losses
  • Responsible for controlling Operational KPI´s such Marketplace Reputation, Return Rates, Cancelation Rates among others
  • Develop and manage routines and operational procedures in accordance with internal policies and standards as well as market practices.
  • Marketplace contract negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s dree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Production Engineering or related fields.
  • Operation Management, preferably experience in marketplaces, D2C and customer success areas.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills and ability to interpret date to drive business decisions
  • English Fluent/Advanced is mandatory. It is expected that around 50% of daily communication will be in English
