Daily Banker

We are opening a new internal position on the Digital Offshore team as a Daily Banker, based in São Paulo to support our Miami operations.

The Digital Offshore team is responsible for serving clients across BTG Pactual’s Digital channels — B2B, Advisors, B2C, and Necton. As a Daily Banker, you will be the operational point of contact supporting bankers based in Miami, ensuring that client requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a strong service mindset. 

Job Duties and Activities 

• Process and track client operational requests, including wire transfers, journals, standing instructions, and ACAT/asset transfers, following up end-to-end until completion. 


• Support account opening workflows for individual and corporate clients, collecting required documentation, creating Salesforce leads, and coordinating with the Onboarding team until accounts are active. 


• Prepare, route for signature, and track legal and compliance documents such as Powers of Attorney (POA), W-8/W-9 forms, Corporate Resolutions, and KYC files. 


• Manage ongoing account maintenance, including updates to authorized participants, beneficiaries (TOD), online access, and client profile and suitability information. 


• Assist with the setup and activation of banking products and services such as debit/checking accounts (Corestone), Homebroker, margin agreements, structured notes, and options programs. 


• Support clients with App and Portal access, biometric setup, and technology-related issues, coordinating with internal teams for resolution. 


• Notify clients of relevant account events, including received wires, security transfers, bond coupons, and maturities, ensuring transparency and proactive communication. 


• Assist with corporate actions, tender offers, and alternative investment administration, including subscription documents, AML/KYC requirements, and capital call tracking. 


• Manage document delivery preferences, eDelivery enrollment, statement distribution, and fee billing routines, including reconciliation and exception handling via Salesforce. 


• Collaborate with internal BTG Pactual teams — including Onboarding, Compliance, Technology, and the Brazil-based support team — to resolve issues and ensure a seamless client experience. 


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and service requests in Salesforce, ensuring full traceability and follow-through. 

Required Experience and Skills 

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; Spanish is a plus. 


• Experience in banking operations, financial services, or a client-facing support role is preferred. 


• Familiarity with operational processes such as account opening, document management, wire transfers, and KYC/AML procedures is a strong advantage. 


• Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, to log interactions and manage service workflows. 


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 


• Clear and professional communication skills in both English and Portuguese, with confidence in interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
