Data Analyst (São José dos Campos/SP)

What will you be responsible for? 

• Develop, maintain, and improve datasets, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to support Supply Chain Planning and Execution.


•  Apply and support data quality and governance standards by validating data, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring alignment with defined business rules and data definitions.


• Collaborate with supply chain, analytics, and IT teams to understand data requirements, support documentation of data flows, and ensure data solutions meet business needs.


• Perform data analysis and root-cause investigation to identify data quality issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support remediation efforts.


• Build and maintain data pipelines, queries, and transformations (ETL processes) to ensure reliable and efficient data delivery.


• Support the enhancement of existing data assets and reporting solutions, including legacy systems, by improving data models, performance, and usability.

What are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology Engineering, Software Development, or a related technical field.


• Experience in analytics, data quality, reporting, or data-focused roles.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data independently, identify issues, and deliver practical solutions.


• Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools, especially for querying, transforming, and visualizing data.


• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting and analysis.


• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and communicate findings clearly.

Additional information

• Location: São José dos Campos/SP


• Hybrid on-site work environment: based in São José dos Campos/SP, this position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.) or remote from the location of the candidate


• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
