This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Scientist - Fluent English based in Brazil.
This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, consulting, and data-driven transformation, helping clients unlock value from complex datasets through machine learning and AI. You will work in multidisciplinary teams alongside consultants, engineers, and other data scientists to solve real business problems end-to-end. The position offers strong exposure to the full data science lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model development and production deployment.
You will contribute to projects that directly influence business strategy and decision-making for diverse clients across industries.

You will also be expected to translate technical findings into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Accountabilities
- Work across the full data science lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, exploratory analysis, and feature engineering.
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business and analytical challenges.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to define problem statements and build scalable solutions.
- Support the industrialization of models and ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability in production.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for business-oriented audiences.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and proactively raise risks or blockers when needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid foundation in statistics and programming (Python or R).
- Hands-on experience or strong academic exposure to machine learning techniques and data analysis.
- Ability to work across the full data value chain, from raw data to deployed models.
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to share knowledge in multidisciplinary teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, ownership, and proactive attitude toward solutions.
- Fluent English, with strong communication skills for international environments.
