This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DBA Oracle - Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact role focused on supporting and evolving mission-critical Oracle Database environments within a complex international operation.
You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and stability across large-scale systems.
The position involves deep technical work with Oracle Exadata and advanced database architectures.
You will act as a key reference in troubleshooting and resolving critical incidents.
The role requires strong performance tuning capabilities and proactive monitoring of database health.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.

Accountabilities:
- Administer and support mission-critical Oracle Database environments, ensuring high availability and stability.
- Operate and maintain Oracle Exadata systems in production environments.
- Manage advanced Oracle technologies including RAC (Real Application Clusters), Data Guard, and RMAN.
- Perform performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex incidents.
- Conduct database performance analysis using AWR and ADDM reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and execute performance tuning and optimization activities.
- Plan and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Support critical incident handling and act as a technical escalation point.
- Document technical procedures, operational standards, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in database operations and reliability.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Oracle Exadata platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and RMAN.
- Strong expertise in performance tuning and database optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWR and ADDM performance analysis tools.
- Background in troubleshooting complex, high-availability database environments.
- Experience with monitoring, administration, and support of large-scale Oracle databases.
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, mission-critical scenarios.
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish language skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
