DESCRIPTION:
As a Demand & Supply Planner II on our Supply Chain team, you'll develop and manage demand and supply plans for key product portfolios. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and ensure customer satisfaction. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution, you'll translate market insights into actionable supply chain plans while leveraging advanced analytics and forecasting tools to support our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
In this role, you'll lead Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, facilitate demand/supply review meetings, and implement continuous improvement initiatives . You'll analyze market trends, historical data, and AI tools create accurate replenishment stock while maintaining strong partnerships with Product Management, Commercial, Finance, and Engineering teams. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing inventory levels, reducing excess and obsolescence risk, and ensuring efficient supply planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
• +3 years of experience in demand and supply planning or supply chain management
• Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• APICS certification preferred
• Analytical skills with expertise in replenishment stock and forecasting techniques, particularly Spare Parts and Consumables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools, particularly Excel and Power BI, experience in AI tools a plus
• Experience in S&OE processes and inventory management
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
• Problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making capability
• Experience in life sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• English proficiency required; additional languages a plus
• Experience using Lean business practices and continuous improvement methodologies a plus
