This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Desenvolvedor Delphi (Pleno - Time Fiscal) in Brazil.
This role is part of a technology team focused on building and maintaining robust fiscal and enterprise software solutions that support critical business operations across diverse industries. You will contribute directly to the development of high-impact systems used by thousands of clients, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability in mission-critical applications. The position involves working across the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and integration with databases and external services. You will collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve business processes. Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain fiscal and enterprise software solutions using Delphi, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
- Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to technical solution design aligned with business needs.
- Build and optimize database queries and structures using SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Integrate applications with external systems and APIs using RESTful services.
- Support the evolution and improvement of existing systems, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete end-to-end software solutions.
- Apply best practices in object-oriented programming and software development standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and development processes.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with Delphi 7.0 or higher in professional software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL (SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail in system development and debugging.
- Nice to have: familiarity with TDD, BDD, Agile methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
