Accountabilities:
- Standardize data structures and fields used across processes, ensuring consistency in naming conventions, formats, data types, and validation rules.
- Define, document, and validate database structures to ensure alignment with business scenarios and technical requirements.
- Execute, adapt, and validate process scenarios, ensuring accurate testing, evidence collection, and successful execution.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues identified during scenario execution, applying corrective actions and validating impacted processes.
- Automate manual process steps by identifying automation opportunities, implementing agreed solutions, and performing validation tests.
- Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation for database structures, automated processes, and implemented solutions.
- Support the functional and technical assessment of system interfaces related to claims, reinsurance, commissions, and other business modules.
- Identify integration flows, dependencies, and critical points, providing documentation and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data quality, system stability, and efficient process execution.
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a PL/SQL Developer, with strong expertise in Oracle database development and support.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, including database modeling, performance optimization, and management of large volumes of data.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining database structures and complex data processes.
- Knowledge of system architecture concepts and integration flows.
- Experience performing unit testing and validating technical solutions.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and automation process implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and collaborate with different teams.
- Experience working in environments requiring data standardization, process optimization, and system improvements.
