This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DESENVOLVIMENTO - Desenvolvedor ABAP based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end SAP development initiatives, contributing directly to the customization, enhancement, and evolution of enterprise systems. The professional will be involved in building robust and scalable ABAP solutions that support critical business processes across the organization. Accountabilities:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment within agile teams.
- Develop and maintain SAP custom solutions using ABAP and related technologies such as Web Dynpro.
- Implement enhancements, reports, forms, and interfaces using standard SAP development tools and frameworks.
- Perform system customizations and ensure technical solutions align with business and architectural requirements.
- Support integration between SAP and external systems using RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and web services.
- Maintain and optimize existing developments to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide technical support to users and IT teams regarding developed solutions and system behavior.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and training sessions for stakeholders and end users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and deployment of solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent postgraduate qualification (360+ hours).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP development using ABAP and Web Dynpro in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP development objects such as reports, function modules, ALV, Smartforms, and SAPScripts.
- Experience with SAP technical tools including SE80, SE11, SE37, SE93, and SE24.
- Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and SAP ECC architecture.
- Experience with system integration using RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of SAP CTS (Change and Transport System) for transport management.
- Understanding of SAP data modeling concepts such as tables, views, and domains.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in agile environments.
