This role offers a strategic and hands-on opportunity to lead DevOps practices across global, remote engineering teams. You will oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational reliability while implementing scalable, secure, and efficient systems. Accountabilities:
- Lead DevOps practices across development, staging, and production environments.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for modern web applications.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using scalable, secure architectures.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, security, and uptime.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue detection.
- Collaborate with engineering teams using React.js, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Support infrastructure for internal tools, client platforms, and integrations.
- Enforce best practices for version control, deployment, access control, and compliance.
- Lead incident response and post-mortem processes when required.
- Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and operational standards.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Manager, DevOps Lead, or Senior DevOps Engineer.
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript-based stacks, including React.js and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding and DevOps workflows.
- Solid understanding of system security, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams.
