**Our Opportunity:**

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst.

To apply for this position, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Advanced or fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
• 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reports
• Experience in Team Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, or Contact Centers
• Experience with reporting, data reading, and interpretation
• Results-oriented mindset for improving sales performance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with management projects

Your main activities will include:

- Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email daily, identifying sales opportunities, and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.

- Improving the client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption.

- Managing a portfolio (book of clients) of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue when applicable.

- Providing pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products within scope and area of knowledge.

- Becoming an expert on all client's Advertising solutions.

- Identifying trends and solving problems.

- Providing vital product insights & feedback from their own experience using the client's Products and sharing the feedback from the client's Advertisers.

- Producing success stories from advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the client's products.

- Using a variety of tools to properly communicate and drive Advertiser’s business to success.
