What will you do?

• Assist in developing and implementing multiple digital marketing (social media, email marketing, SEO) to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives;
• Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including posts, blog posts, graphics, and videos that resonate with our target audience and align with brand identity;
• Publish social media content across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual aesthetics;
• Contribute to larger strategic plans with competitive research and landscape analysis;
• Drive follower growth, especially focusing on Linkedin;
• Manage all website updates in WebFlow;
• Assist in planning, promoting, and covering company events;
• Track and analyze social media and website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on data and trends;
• Assist with developing social media reports and presentations, summarizing key findings, and highlighting successes and areas for improvement;
• Follow competitors and industry news to identify trends and topics.

What do you need to know?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field;
• 5+ years of related full-time experience;
• Creative and energetic personality. Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style;
• Excellent written (Portuguese and English) and verbal communication skills, error-free communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices;
• Experience using marketing analytics tools to drive insights and learnings (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console);
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow;
• Fluent English;
• Availability to travel.

Great if you have:

• Experience in cybersecurity, corporate SaaS products (B2B), and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
