About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across both paid and organic channels.
This is not a coordination-only marketing role.
You’ll be directly responsible for:

What You’ll Own Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution Build and manage campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads X (Twitter) Ads Reddit Ads TikTok Ads Design full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies Launch campaigns end-to-end, including: Audience targeting Campaign structure Conversion tracking Creative direction Optimization workflows Write and test high-converting ad copy Continuously test: Messaging Audiences Hooks Creative formats Landing pages Organic & Social Media Growth Own organic growth across: LinkedIn X (Twitter) Instagram TikTok Other relevant social platforms Develop content strategies aligned with paid campaigns and growth goals Test messaging organically before scaling through paid media Build: Audience engagement Brand visibility Organic reach Inbound demand Identify platform-specific trends and growth opportunities Optimization & Scaling Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive adjustments Improve: CPL CPA CTR ROAS Conversion rates Run structured A/B tests across: Creatives Audiences Headlines Bidding strategies Landing pages Identify scalable opportunities while maintaining efficiency Stay ahead of: Platform updates Privacy changes Attribution shifts Algorithm updates Analytics, Tracking & Attribution Track and analyze performance across: Paid channels Organic channels Landing pages Funnel stages Own: Pixel setup Event tracking UTM structures Attribution workflows Use: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Platform dashboards Build reports focused on: Insights Trends Recommendations Revenue impact Translate data into actionable growth decisions Cross-Channel Collaboration Align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue goals Collaborate with: Design teams Content teams Sales teams Leadership Provide feedback on: Ad creatives Messaging Funnel performance Landing pages Contribute to broader: Growth marketing Lifecycle marketing Demand generation initiatives What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in qualified leads and pipeline Reduced CPL and CPA over time Improved ROAS and campaign efficiency Strong organic engagement and inbound growth Scalable paid and organic acquisition systems Fast testing and optimization cycles What Makes You a Strong Fit Performance-driven and analytical Comfortable owning campaigns from strategy to execution Strong understanding of: Paid acquisition Organic growth Funnel optimization Audience psychology Able to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making Strong communicator who can clearly explain performance insights Requirements (Must-Have) Experience 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience Strong experience managing campaigns across: Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads Proven ability to generate B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth Experience managing campaigns across multiple acquisition channels Core Skills Deep understanding of: PPC strategy Audience segmentation Retargeting Funnel optimization Attribution models Strong experience with: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) Conversion tracking Ability to independently: Launch campaigns Manage optimization Analyze performance Scale results Strong copywriting and conversion-focused messaging skills Nice to Have Experience with: Organic social media growth experience Experience managing: Multiple client accounts Large advertising budgets Familiarity with: Canva Adobe Creative Suite Google Ads or Meta certifications What a Typical Day Looks Like Review paid and organic performance dashboards Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives Launch new campaigns, tests, or content initiatives Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks Collaborate with design and content teams on new assets Audit tracking and attribution accuracy Build reports with actionable recommendations Execution.
