Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Digital Project Manager to manage multiple client accounts, coordinate team resources, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, loves creating order from complexity, and excels at maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution Management:

• Convert strategies into actionable plans.
• Set and manage timelines to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate team resources to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure the quality delivery of all projects.

Communication Hub:

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding project statuses.
• Collaborate effectively across internal teams.
• Provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation for transparency and accessibility.

Quality Control:

• Verify the accuracy of completed tasks.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and project standards.
• Review deliverables against requirements and client expectations.

Resource Management:

• Balance team workloads and manage resource allocation.
• Track and resolve bottlenecks in project workflows.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in digital project management.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Basecamp (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Understanding of email marketing and e-commerce.
• Background in process improvement and team development.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM-based candidates.
