Funções:

 

• Desempenhar um papel fundamental na construção da estratégia das soluções de Talento, no desenvolvimento de negócios e na excelência operacional.
• Assumir a responsabilidade total pela área Comercial e Entregas atuando como líder estratégico responsável por resultados, desenvolvimento de equipe, lucro e prejuízo (P&L) geral das suas soluções.

Requisitos:

 

• Executivo de RH de empresas de médio ou grande portes; Executivo de Consultoria de RH multinacional ou local;
• +15 anos de experiência;
• Condução de projetos de alta complexidade nos temas de gestão de talentos, transformação organizacional e/ou experiência do colaborador;
• Desenvolvimento de estratégia de acesso a mercado para produtos e soluções de RH;
• Responsabilidade técnica de entregas de consultoria;
• Experiência atual ou prévia em consultoria - Obrigatório;
• Inglês Avançado/Fluente - Obrigatório;
• Espanhol – Diferencial;
