Distributor and Rep. Sales Coordinator-Industrial Flow South America

Your role

• Manage commercial relationships with all distributors, define individual growth strategies, develop action plans for each distributor and evaluate performance and potential.


• Control, manage and review sales channels opportunities monthly ensuring that opportunities are recorded. Follow up on critical opportunities and implement actions to increase conversion rates.


• Create annual sales plans by distributor. Define targets and KPIs. Monitor financial and commercial results, manage and prepare sales forecasts.


• Participate in promotional activities such as fairs and exhibitions, preparing technical dissemination material in specialized magazines;


• Development of new solutions, strategies and proposing the development of new products in accordance with the needs of your market


• Coordinate training and technical support materials for resellers and representatives, providing persuasive arguments, comparing company products with similar ones in the market, highlighting aspects of competitive advantage;
