You'll turn ideas, insights, and expertise into engaging content across articles, newsletters, executive communications, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Responsabilities
- Conduct recurring structured interviews with founders, executives, and internal teams to extract opinions, insights, and strategic narratives.
- Write, edit, and manage executive LinkedIn content in both Portuguese and Spanish.
- Produce long-form editorial content including articles, opinion pieces, keynote drafts, and bylined content for tier-1 industry publications.
- Build and maintain a consistent editorial calendar aligned with company priorities, market trends, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Design to brief and coordinate content-driven creative assets for social media, events, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure content localization and contextual adaptation across LATAM markets.
- Support PR initiatives by developing narratives, positioning angles, and media-ready thought leadership topics.
- Ensure editorial consistency, publishing cadence, and quality standards across all executive communication channels.
- Explore and operationalize AI tools to improve editorial workflows, research, drafting, and content scalability.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish
Excellent writing skills, with a stronger journalistic than marketing profile
Experience creating LinkedIn, institutional, and commercial content
Ability to turn one piece of content into multiple formats and channels
Experience in PR and/or agency environments
Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful profile
English is a plus
