Your mission

Odds Scanner is looking for an Editorial Lead to join our Marketing team.

We are a media and technology startup based in Malta active in several European and Latin American markets in the sports and gambling industries. We have a diverse and international team, working primarily from Malta, Portugal, and Brazil with team members from all over the world.   

Odds Scanner, an international company that generates high-performance conversion funnels, is looking for a lead for its content department. This professional will lead editorial operations aimed at generating traffic for the company’s strategic partners, ensuring that the content produced is high-class and extremely efficient. The lead of content will be responsible for planning and leading sites and teams in different parts of the world, reporting to the head of the area and leading a team of more than 30 people.

We're looking for an editor to lead a sports-focused content production squad. We need someone creative, organized, agile, and committed to goals.

Responsibilities

The Editorial Lead will be the person responsible for managing all the Company's editorial operations. The idea is for him/her to be a senior manager with great planning skills, procedural vision and experience of leading people.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in journalism or related field

• At least 10 years of experience in media companies and/or content production; 

• At least 5 years of experience in management and leadership positions 

• Advanced knowledge of grammar, sports, online communication, and digital marketing.
