Estamos em busca de um Editor Manager para atuar como liderança editorial e estratégica da operação Always On, sendo responsável pela visão narrativa, coerência criativa e performance do conteúdo em redes sociais.


Principais responsabilidades



  • Atuar como líder editorial e estratégico da operação Always On, garantindo consistência narrativa, excelência criativa e performance do conteúdo.


  • Traduzir a estratégia de social e os objetivos de marca (definidos em conjunto com o cliente) em prioridades editoriais claras, linhas narrativas e direcionamentos acionáveis para o time.


  • Liderar e gerenciar diretamente Content Managers e Community Managers, assegurando alinhamento entre narrativa, execução criativa e interação com as audiências.


  • Supervisionar o planejamento editorial, validando abordagens criativas, formatos e mensagens antes da produção, com foco em qualidade, craft e relevância cultural.


  • Trabalhar em parceria com o time de Data para interpretar dados quantitativos e qualitativos, otimizar conteúdos e ajustar a estratégia editorial em tempo real.


  • Identificar tendências culturais, de plataforma e de comportamento das audiências, definindo quando e como ativar conteúdos reativos e oportunidades oportunistas alinhadas à marca.


  • Garantir consistência de tom de voz, identidade e pilares de conteúdo em todos os mercados e plataformas.


  • Elevar continuamente o padrão criativo do output Always On, promovendo uma cultura focada em impacto, shareability e construção de marca.

  • Excelente comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas.


  • Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos, com múltiplas marcas e mercados (diferencial).


  • Inglês avançado
