## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nPRIMARY FUNCTION: \n\u2022 This position is responsible for the supervision of third\u2011party contractors. Responsible for Non-conformity management for Internal and Supplier issues, Incoming inspection process/ improvements, Supplier Assessments (SSA) and periodically audits according to EQMS, obtain Credit notes \u0026 management Warranty process with suppliers. \n\u2022 Responsible for the management of Quality alerts to 3rd parties supplies, Eaton Companies, conduct, support culture and manage root cause analysis and action plan of issues from manufacture process. Support periodically processes checks, PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), FMEA review (Design and Process) and Quality stock management. \n\u2022 This position supports Operation Manager Ex Manager leading CONC management (Cost Of Non-Conformance) through Scrap and Rework analysis/ improvements and Continuous improvement area developing people on the culture of ZERO Defect and maintaining a robust Manufacturing process.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \n\n\u2022 Monitoring and technical support in manufacture process as a Quality support. \n\u2022 Supplier audits and Assessments; \n\u2022 Basic Problem Solving Methodology (Root cause analysis) \n\u2022 Approvals of new products with customers. Control of product approvals. Try-outs monitoring \n\u2022 Supplier Management process (Audits, Assessments, PPAP evaluation, FMEA, Critical to Quality quotas and other) \n\u2022 Defining priorities, as well as finding solutions for quality improvement, processes and cost reduction. \n\u2022 Management of Material Review Board analysis to destinate material for Scrao, Rework, Warranty (Supplier) or other improvement/ need.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nEducation and Skills required to meet position qualifications: \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical (preferably due to the strong focus on root\u2011cause analysis), Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; \n\u2022 Relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control, Supplier Management process or other Quality process.\n\n\u2022 Technical knowledge in the area of manufacturing processes, production, and systems application. \n\u2022 Apply statistical methods in capability studies to improve the level of quality of production processes; \n\u2022 Must have ability to motivate, counsel and constructively deal with people from all levels; \n\u2022 Must have knowledge of Quality System, Lean Manufacturing and Quality Tools; \n\u2022 Must be a trainer of people, leading the team to ethics and correct quality control activities; \n\u2022 Must be capable of sustained learning and improvement. \n\u2022 Must be high personal integrity, and strong commitment to ethical behavior \n\u2022 Ability to Lead multiple and complex projects, relationships and influence across organizational boundaries. \n\u2022 Leadership skills, Drive for Results and Demonstrate adaptability; \n\u2022 Intermediate English level.\n\n \nDesirable \n\u2022 Basic financial knowledge for capital plan, asset management, project management, budgeting and profit planning. \n\u2022 Green or Black belt certification will be a differential. \n\u2022 ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Leader auditor will be a differential.\n\n#LI-RS6\n
