## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nPRIMARY FUNCTION: \n\u2022The primary function of this role is to lead and govern Quality Management activities across supplier, manufacturing, and project environments, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, regulatory, and Eaton Quality Management System (EQMS) requirements. The position is accountable for supplier quality, non\u2011conformity management, inspections and testing, and the implementation of robust quality processes that support operational excellence and risk mitigation. \n\u2022The role supports quality assurance throughout the lifecycle of complex and critical infrastructure projects, interacting with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and project teams, as well as customers and global suppliers. \n\u2022 The professional is expected to have experience in projects involving Data Centers (hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise), critical low\u2011 and medium\u2011voltage electrical systems (LV/MV), UPS, and transformers\u2014and other mission\u2011critical infrastructures that require high availability, reliability, and strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders.\n\n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \n\n\u2022 Provide technical quality support to manufacturing and project execution, ensuring robust processes and compliance with specifications and standards. \n\u2022 Lead supplier quality management, including: Supplier audits and assessments (SSA), PPAP implementation and evaluation, Review and validation of Design and Process FMEA. \n\u2022 Define, review and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for suppliers and internal processes, ensuring proper inspection points, acceptance criteria and quality records. \n\u2022 Plan, coordinate and support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities when applicable. \n\u2022 Manage non-conformities (internal and supplier), conducting root cause analysis and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions. \n\u2022 Manage and deploy Quality Alerts to suppliers, Eaton plants and stakeholders. \n\u2022 Support continuous improvement initiatives by: Analyzing Scrap, Rework and CONC, Driving process improvements and defect reduction, Supporting Lean Manufacturing and EQMS tools. \n\u2022 Lead, coach and develop Supplier Quality and Quality Control teams, ensuring alignment with Eaton quality culture and ethical standards. \n\u2022 Support periodic process audits, process checks and quality performance reviews. Management of Material Review Board analysis to destinate material for Scrao, Rework, Warranty (Supplier) or other improvement/ need.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nMandatory \n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred, due to strong involvement with root cause analysis and electrical systems), Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. \n\u2022 Relevant experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality Management, Process Engineering, or other Quality\u2011related functions in industrial environments or complex project settings. \n\u2022 Intermediate level of English, with the ability to communicate technically with suppliers and customers. Advanced is a plus. \n\u2022 Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems and their application, related to Low and Medium Voltage (LV/MV) electrical panel manufacturing. \n\u2022 Experience in projects involving Data Centers (hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise) \n\u2022 Proven experience applying statistical methods, including capability studies and data analysis, to improve the quality level of production processes. \n\u2022 Practical experience with: Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Incoming Inspection and Process Validation (FWT, FAT / SAT). \n\u2022 Solid knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing and Quality Tools (e.g. Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, Pareto, Ishikawa). \n\u2022 Ability to act as a trainer and knowledge multiplier, developing teams, promoting ethical behavior and ensuring correct quality control practices. \n\u2022 Capability for sustained learning, adaptability and continuous improvement in complex and changing environments. \n\u2022 High personal integrity and a strong commitment to ethical behavior and compliance. \n\u2022 Ability to lead multiple and complex projects, manage relationships and influence across organizational boundaries, internally and externally. \n\u2022 Basic financial knowledge, including capital planning, asset management, project management, budgeting and understanding the financial impact of quality decisions. \n\u2022 Strong leadership skills, drive for results and adaptability, with continuous interaction with customers and suppliers. \n\u2022 Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. \n \nDesirable \n\n * Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.\n * ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.\n * Broader experience supporting project quality activities in industrial environments.\n * Previous experience with supplier audits and supplier development activities in complex or multi\u2011site operations.\n\n\n\n#LI-RS6\n
