Position Objective

Ensure the execution, validation, and reporting of laboratory tests according to customer requirements and industry standards, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and timely communication of results. The Test Engineer plays a key role in maintaining quality, supporting audits, and strengthening customer trust through reliable testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer requirements in terms of testing, validation, and reporting.


• Review formats before signing and sending them.


• Perform tests according to customer specifications.


• Validate laboratory tests (PV, DV, etc.).


• Respond to requirement emails.


• Sign test records.


• Receive samples for test requirements.


• Analyze whether the scope allows performing the test.


• Inform when a result is out of specification.


• Prepare observation reports if anomalies occur during testing.


• Comply with procedures established by the security department.

Technical Requirements

• Engineering degree.


• 1–2 years of related laboratory experience, preferably automotive.


• Advanced Excel skills.


• Knowledge of root cause analysis.


• Experience with laboratory machinery and equipment.


• Basic to intermediate English.


• Ability to prepare technical reports.


• Experience with internal customers.


• Experience in audits.


• Experience in accredited laboratories under ISO/IEC 17025.
