The mission of the position is to develop and stabilize equipment/process applying new technology and, reducing manufacturing variation, enhancing efficiency, productivity and quality.

• Coordinate/ME projects, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0 and Level of automation.
• Coordinate process improvements initiatives regarding to quality, productivity and safety.
• Definition Machines, components, equipment for manufacturing process as well as working places of manufacturing.
• Coordinate the development, acquisition and commissioning production machines  and equipment.
• Support of  the creation of working instructions, procedures and process tables.
• Evaluation and development  projects for energy consumption.
• Responsible for technical specification for equipment.

• Bachelor degree minimum in Automation/Eletrica/Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
• Differentials: experience in rubber industry and PFMEA/A3/PDCA/CBS methodology system.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• English Intermediary
• Manufacturing process knowledge manly metal, rubber and assembly process.
• CAD 3D (Solid Works/Catia) modeling and detalling.
