The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Job Title you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Responsible for the infrastructure of the Jarinu site, assisting the area's specialist support team.

• Responsible for maintaining the environment available 24/7.

• Responsible for receiving IT equipment at the site.

• Responsible for maintaining contact with suppliers.

• Responsible for keeping all inventory and devices in compliance.

• Carry out all data center processes and IT service support

• Daily backup and recovery routines

• Users working on-site

• Changes and modifications (provide support)

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of (relevant job experience)

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Intune, PC and iPhone formatting, and basic data network support, with basic knowledge of servers, switches, and firewalls

• 1-2 years of DC, Switches, servers, firewall

• 1 years of local support end user

• 1 years of power point, and excel

• 1 years of knowledge of monitoring tools

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ability to work in a team.

• Ability to participate in troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in networks and servers.

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Jarinu and Campinas at least 4 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
