You will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and concept development to implementation and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the conception and evolution of digital products by applying user-centered design principles and strategic design methodologies.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design solutions that translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive experiences.
- Conduct user research, discovery activities, benchmarking, and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop user journey maps, information architecture deliverables, and other design artifacts that support product decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to generate insights and optimize experiences.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, engineers, and other design professionals.
- Communicate design strategies, decisions, and recommendations effectively with stakeholders across different areas.
- Participate in product discovery and definition processes, contributing strategic insights beyond visual design.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Product Design, UX Design, or similar roles focused on creating digital experiences.
- Strong knowledge of user experience principles, design processes, and discovery methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Experience conducting user research, analyzing findings, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Knowledge of UI design, content design, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to support design decisions and product improvements.
- Strong empathy for users combined with the ability to understand business goals and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize activities, and autonomy in managing projects.
- Critical thinking mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and propose innovative solutions.
