This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista de Excelência Empresarial | Processos e ERP SAP (FI/CO) based in Brazil.
This role sits at the core of enterprise financial process governance and SAP evolution, acting as a key link between business finance teams and technology. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that SAP FI/CO processes are correctly structured, optimized, and aligned with business needs in an S/4HANA environment. Working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional setup, this position drives efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across financial operations. It requires a strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust ERP solutions. The role also plays a strategic part in ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and scalable financial architecture. Accountabilities:
- Act as the main reference point for SAP FI/CO governance, ensuring correct parametrization, adherence to business rules, and system consistency across financial processes.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical SAP specifications, ensuring alignment between finance teams and IT.
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes while maintaining high-quality functional documentation and knowledge bases.
- Design test scenarios and support end-to-end validation cycles, including UAT coordination with key business users.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within financial cycles such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and general ledger.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration between SAP FI/CO and modules such as MM and SD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO with solid experience in S/4HANA and SAP Fiori navigation.
- Experience writing detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications (FS).
- Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including accounting, treasury, cash flow, and fixed assets.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with procurement (MM) and sales (SD) modules.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Experience working with stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments.
