Facility Management -Business Partner

Job Summary

Would you like to be a strong strategic Facility Management Business Partner to Tetra Pak at our South America area? 

Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for delivering the highest quality of our Integrated Facility Services (IFS), Real Estate/Workplace (WEX/RE) and Site Sustainability (SS). The aim is to provide seamless, safe, inspirational, and efficient workplaces and services created and managed in the most sustainable way possible that reflect the Tetra Pak brand.  
The purpose of this position is to ensure strategic business partnering to deliver One FREM business support to Tetra Pak operational business units within the FREM Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) area.  
The area of responsibility is managed in close cooperation with our external strategic facility service partners towards internal stakeholders on both tactical and strategic level to ensure high quality and innovative and efficient service experience solutions.   
This position will be based at our Tetra Pak Office in Monte Mor, Brazil. 
You will report to the Director of Integrated Facility Solutions who is based in Sweden but operates globally.  
You will be travelling up to a maximum of 5-10% of the time across the geographical area of responsibility and occasional Global travel. 
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas for this position.

What you will do

• Strategic One FREM business partnering to support and guide key stakeholders continuously ensuring value adding solutions.  


• Strengthen the integration of external strategic partners towards business stakeholders supporting the OneFREM strategy and IFS service outcomes. 


• Ensure alignment across the 3 functions in FREM (WEX/RE, Site sustainability & IFS) towards Key Tetra Pak stakeholders ensuring holistic cross functional reporting.


• Be first point of contact for stakeholders.


• Secure & mature the collaborative contract model, manage and develop strategic relations ensuring key outcomes and accountability. 


• Responsible for IFS related projects, delivered by external partners within geographical scope. Interfacing with internal stakeholders in the initial scoping and project delivery phases and continuously aligning with FREM global IFS Project portfolio manager.


• Ensure best in class service excellence deliveries, drive quality and continuous improvement of FREM service outcomes. Drive improved value and costs efficiency of FREM services through demand, sourcing and service management in cooperation with external partners.


• Manage and deliver on all IFS related cost within South America Area (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru) in line with forecasting & budget.


• Drive sustainable cost saving initiatives, innovative quality improvements and simplification strategies with external collaborators.

We believe you have

• Bacharelado, preferencialmente em Arquitetura, Construção ou áreas relacionadas.


• Pós-graduação/Mestrado será um diferencial.


• 5 a 10 anos de experiência ampla e sólida em Facility Management, atuando em funções corporativas de suporte ou em múltiplos países/negócios globalmente.


• Inglês fluente (escrito e falado) é essencial.


• Espanhol será um diferencial.


• Forte capacidade de construir relacionamentos estratégicos, tanto internos quanto externos, e domínio da comunicação estratégica em estruturas organizacionais complexas.


• Experiência comprovada em liderança/Business Partner, preferencialmente na área de Facility Management, com comunicação junto a stakeholders executivos.


• Experiência em gestão da mudança, com foco em Facility Management, implementando e gerenciando excelência em serviços de FM (experiência em transformação será considerada um mérito).


• Sólidas habilidades analíticas e comprovado entendimento financeiro e comercial em contexto de Facility Management, incluindo estruturas de portfólio OPEX/CAPEX.


• Perfil ágil, flexível e profissional na abordagem de negócios, demonstrando comportamento dinâmico, produtivo e eficaz no desempenho geral.


• Para ter sucesso nesta função, é essencial excelência em gestão de stakeholders, parcerias externas em FM e comunicação, de forma colaborativa e profissional, de acordo com as políticas, estratégias e objetivos da Tetra Pak nas áreas de Facility, Real Estate/Workplace e Sustentabilidade.


• Capacidade de atuar como agente de mudança em um ambiente matricial complexo, com perfil estruturado e pragmático.


• Forte orientação para serviço e comunicação, com mindset voltado ao cliente e alto foco em resultados.
