FBS - Consultant Marketing DATA (Insights Partner)

Team Function:

• The Consumer Direct Analytics team provides analytical support across our direct to consumer sales channels, delivering the reporting, insights, and data models that drive business decisions.
• The team owns the semantic layer and certified metrics that power dashboards and self service analytics for marketing, operations, and product stakeholders.
  

Role Description:

• This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into advanced analytical solutions.
• The consultant is expected to proactively generate strategic insights, influence decision-making, and clearly communicate findings to both technical teams and executive audiences.
• The position requires strong expertise in marketing data analytics, the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets, and a high level of storytelling skills to transform data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.
• The consultant will act as a trusted analytics advisor, leading discussions with stakeholders, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring data-driven recommendations are aligned with business objectives.
