We are now looking for a Field Service Operations Coordinator – 4-Stroke Services (AMER South Region) to join our team working for a better future.
The position is permanent and hybrid, with the preferred location in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
What You Will Be Doing?
In this role, you will coordinate and oversee field service operations related to the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and upgrades of 4-Stroke marine engines across the AMER South region.
You will act as the main operational focal point between customers, Field Service Engineers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring service activities are planned, executed, and completed efficiently, safely, and in line with customer expectations.
From service order preparation and engineer mobilization to service follow-up, reporting, and invoicing support, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple countries and customer segments, including marine, offshore, oil & gas, tugboats, container vessels, and other commercial marine operations.
The role requires strong coordination skills, operational awareness, customer focus, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic service environment.
