About the Role:

The Finance & Admin Analyst supports the clients financial and administrative operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, organized financial records, and smooth coordination with external accounting partners. This role is part of the operational backbone that enables leadership to focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain QuickBooks records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Organize financial documentation and reports
• Support external CPA and accounting processes
• Assist with general financial and administrative controls

Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting operations
• Understanding of AP/AR and financial organization
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Prior experience in administrative or finance support roles preferred
