The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Finance & Accounting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the company's finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all financial processes. This role coordinates accounting close activities, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, internal controls, and statutory compliance while partnering with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and organizational objectives.

• Coordinate and oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of processes.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury activities, and cash flow planning.
• Bank reconciliation, accounts reconciliation, journal entries.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax requirements, corporate policies, and internal controls.
• Review financial transactions, supporting documentation, and accounting entries.
• Maintain and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.  

You Have These:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred (active CRC is a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
