Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. We are looking for a professional with a strategic mindset and a strong "hands-on" approach, capable of acting as a business partner to the Country Manager and the VP of Finance, supporting the company's growth while ensuring financial and operational excellence.

This position requires solid accounting knowledge and technical mastery of the finance function. Robust experience in accounting, monthly closings, financial statements, internal controls, and tax/regulatory compliance is essential.

• Location: Santos, Brazil.
• International Environment: Constant collaboration with teams in the United States and global headquarters.

We are looking for professionals with deep accounting expertise, analytical skills, and the technical confidence to lead the entire financial structure of the operation.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities:

• Full Financial Management: Lead the comprehensive financial management of the branch.
• Supervision: Oversee accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure precision in accounting closings and reporting to headquarters.
• Compliance: Ensure full tax, labor, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial Health: Manage cash flow, working capital, and key financial indicators (KPIs).
• Process Improvement: Drive process enhancements and operational efficiency.
