Descrição

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Brazilian GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of monthly financial results to ensure compliance with Group Policies and timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee and manage daily operations within the finance department, including general ledger maintenance and accounts payable processing.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports and analyses to provide insights into regional financial performance, trends, and forecasts for the global finance team.
• Prepare detailed variance analyses and management reports to support decision-making at the European headquarters.
• Coordinate with the global finance team to align regional reporting processes with corporate guidelines and requirements.
• Regularly update European leadership on the financial status, highlighting key metrics, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Work closely with other departments on finance and accounting-related matters, serving as a key resource for financial information and guidance.

Perfil desejável

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Total of 5-8 years of experience (after Bachelor Degree) in both Big 4 and the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of success in driving financial performance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to understand complex data and issues and demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
