This role oversees financial planning, forecasting, performance measurement, and budget monitoring to support effective decision\u2011making and operational excellence. As a strategic and analytical leader, the Director partners closely with Finance Directors, Vice Presidents, and Corporate leadership. This position plays a critical role in driving financial discipline, enabling executive decision-making, and consolidating financial results across all divisions.\n\n## What will your job look like?\n\n * Own the full P\u0026L for the company/division (actuals and projections, internal and external).\n * Lead the Mid-Term strategic planning process, influencing long-term business decisions.\n * Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.\n * Consolidate financial results for all Americas divisions, explaining variances and business drivers, not just technical consolidation.\n * Provide clear, concise insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including CFO and executive committees.\n * Drive target setting and compliance guidelines across the region.\n * Inspire and lead a large, high-performing team, setting vision, expectations, and fostering innovation.\n * Champion efficiency and transformation, adopting new tools, systems, and challenging the status quo.\n\n\n\n## All you need is...\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field.\n * Fluent English (mandatory).\n * Professional Accountant certification \u2013 advantage.\n * 8\u201312 years of experience in FP\u0026A or financial analysis roles.\n * Proven leadership experience managing large teams and team leads\n * Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.\n * Ability to present clear, concise messages to senior executives and CFOs.\n * Experience in multinational environments or fast-paced settings.\n * Advanced skills in SAP and Excel; exposure to automation and BI tools is a plus. \n\n\n\n## Why you will love this job:\n\n * You will be able to connect with Senior Management level to provide guidance and updates on the financial plan\n * You will be able to foresee the team with vision, clear expectations and targets as well as providing professional support. \n * You will have ability to manage a team of financial analysts.\n\n\n\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
