In one sentence

The Senior FP&A Manager is a strategic and analytical leader with strong business partnering skills. This position will play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making, driving financial excellence, and consolidating results across all divisions while interfacing directly with Finance Directors, VPs, and the Corporate team.

What will your job look like?

• Own the full P&L for the company/division (actuals and projections, internal and external).
• Lead the Mid-Term strategic planning process, influencing long-term business decisions.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Consolidate financial results for all Americas divisions, explaining variances and business drivers, not just technical consolidation.
• Provide clear, concise insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including CFO and executive committees.
• Drive target setting and compliance guidelines across the region.
• Inspire and lead a large, high-performing team, setting vision, expectations, and fostering innovation.
• Champion efficiency and transformation, adopting new tools, systems, and challenging the status quo

All you need is...

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Professional Accountant certification – advantage.
• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams and team leads
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Ability to present clear, concise messages to senior executives and CFOs.
• Experience in multinational environments or fast-paced settings.
• Advanced skills in SAP and Excel; exposure to automation and BI tools is a plus.
