FP&A Manager

JOB PURPOSE 

The FP&A Manager will be in charge of business forecasting and corresponding budgets as well as performance-based analyses.

KEY ACTIVITIES 

• Prepare and analysis of KPIs, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance


• Prepare reports and presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team


• Analysis of Financial Reports


• P&L control of the business units


• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools


• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives


• Support the other functions of the Finance Department


• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.


• Responsible for Procurement Team, supervision activities and suppliers contracts management


• Control the regulatory scope within legal limits

QUALIFICATIONS

• College education required in Business / Accounting / Economics / Engineering;
  


• Knowledge of General Business Practices
  


• Knowledge of financial statement
  


• Knowledge of Accounting Practices


• Knowledge of VBA is desirable.


• Knowledge of Financial and Commodities Markets;
  


• Proficiency in Business intelligence (BI)


• Knowledge of English, Spanish is a plus
