Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between the finance department and other business units, ensuring strategic alignment and resource optimization.


• Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including revenue forecasts, profitability analyses, and cost models.


• Analyze the P&L, providing commentary on variances versus budget and offering insights to optimize results.


• Prepare financial reports for presentation to local and global company leadership.


• Develop and monitor key financial metrics that directly impact business performance.


• Support financial planning, budget preparation, and monthly forecast reviews, ensuring process accuracy and relevance.


• Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.


• Actively participate in strategic meetings and present financial insights to the company leadership team.


• Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes and implement effective solutions.


• Participate in various company projects involving Finance, business units, or People (e.g., implementing BI tools, custom dashboards, etc.).


• Deliver ad-hoc business performance reports.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.


• Experience with financial analysis tools.


• Advanced Excel.


• Solid knowledge of Financial Planning, budgeting, and performance/investment analysis.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-experts.


• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage relationships across different areas.


• Ability to lead projects and initiatives.


• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.


• Strategic mindset and critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions based on broad information sets.
  
  

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.


• MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
  
  

Work Experience:

• Experience in Corporate Finance, specifically working in Financial Planning.


• Experience with digital businesses, particularly subscription models, is a plus.
  
  

Languages:

• Advanced / Fluent English (Will be used daily)
