Full Stack Software Developer

Overview

Were looking for a Full Stack Software Developer who is excited to take ownership across the Payroll stack and help us build performant, scalable, and maintainable web applications. This role will work closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop and maintain core product features.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: TypeScript, Vue.js

• Backend: Node.js (TypeScript)

• Database: MySQL

• Infrastructure: GCP (Google Cloud Platform), W3

• Version Control: GitHub

What Youll Do

• Develop and maintain full stack features across our web platform.

• Build responsive UIs using Vue.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.

• Design and optimize backend services, APIs, and database schemas.

• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.

• Collaborate with team members on architecture, scalability, and deployment decisions.

• Work with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Vue.js.

• Experience working with MySQL and designing efficient data models.

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and deploying cloud-native applications.

• Proficiency with Git-based workflows (e.g., using GitHub).

• A problem-solver mindset with attention to performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with W3 or similar web3/cloud-native frameworks.

• CI/CD pipeline experience.

• Background in agile development environments.
