Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer (Frontend Focus) to join a high-performing nearshore development team. The ideal candidate is strong in React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS, with experience delivering modern, responsive web applications. While your primary focus will be frontend, you’ll also contribute to backend services where needed. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building user-focused applications, and enjoy collaborating across teams, this role is for you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, QA, and product managers.


• Write clean, reusable, and testable code in TypeScript/JavaScript.


• Integrate frontend components with APIs and backend services.


• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.


• Ensure accessibility, performance, and scalability of applications.

Some Must-Haves

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (Frontend or Fullstack).


• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.


• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.


• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, state management, and responsive design.


• Strong communication skills and English fluency (written and verbal).


• Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.


• Background in healthcare technology or regulated industries.


• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
