Key Responsibilities

• Host live games for online players with confidence, professionalism, and energy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

• Maintain on-camera composure and adaptability, supported by thorough training and guidance.

• Collaborate effectively with local management and an international team, contributing positively to the workplace culture.

• Foster a lively and entertaining environment, consistently enhancing performance to encourage player engagement and loyalty.

Requirements

• Language skills: Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C2) and strong English proficiency (minimum B2).

• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational shift schedules.

• Confident, enthusiastic, and professional on-camera presence.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Initial commitment of 12 months in Bogotá, followed by relocation to the clients São Paulo offices.
