General Manager

• General Leadership (P&L): Oversee the entire management of the Brazilian subsidiary, holding the legal title of Managing Director and reporting to headquarters.
  
• Organizational Restructuring: Lead structural optimization and manage the associated legal and labor-related aspects responsibly.
  
• Commercial Leadership: Adopt a strong sales-oriented approach, maintaining an active presence with clients, acting as the key account manager for strategic accounts, and pursuing new projects and business opportunities.
  
• Channel Network Management: Evaluate and restructure the distributor network.
  
• Service Model Review: Reassess the scope and concept of the service and technical support structure.
  
• Multi-brand Management: Coordinate the group's brand portfolio, focusing on OEMs and recurring end-customers.
  
• Planning and Reporting: Develop the business plan and the organization's growth strategy.
  

Requisitos

• Educational background in engineering and/or business.
  
• Solid commercial background: substantial sales experience is an essential requirement.
  
• Turnaround/restructuring experience: proven track record in reorganizing operations and optimizing structures.
  
• Knowledge of Brazilian legal/labor regulations: familiarity with the specifics of Brazilian legislation.
  
• Channel/distributor management: experience in structuring and managing distribution networks.
  
• Technical consultative sales/key account management: experience working with OEMs and industrial end-customers using a technical and project-based sales model.
  
• Willingness to travel.
  
• Language: fluent English.
