ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION? 

• WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Mandatory 

• PhD preferred, Master’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., genomics, plant breeding, biotechnology, regulatory affairs).


• Proven experience in genome editing technology, plant breeding, and regulatory policy. Prior experience in an AgTech R&D environment considered a plus.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills, specifically high proficiency in English, both written and verbal.


• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global, multicultural environment.


• A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to challenge conventional approaches.


• Willingness to speak up and advocate for innovative solutions.
