Gerente de Contas Especiais PL (SUL)

Garantir a liderança estratégica de contas importantes do negócio, liderando e construindo reuniões estratégicas (JBP, revisão de canal) com relação direta com gerentes seniores e diretores de áreas pares:

Principais responsabilidades:  

• Gerir os clientes mais estratégicos e complexos e de maior impacto para o negócio garantindo os resultados de sell out e market share esperados pela companhia;
• Planejar, conduzir e liderar revisões de negócio e JBP com os principais clientes da companhia, interagindo em fóruns estratégicos com gerentes seniores e diretores do cliente;
• Liderar planos estratégicos e táticos do seu cliente, influenciando gerentes de áreas pares como trade marketing e Gerenciamento de Categoria;
• Habilidade avançada em solucionar problemas complexos dos clientes e trazer insights valiosos para a empresa;
• Ser referência em gestão de contas dentro da companhia, contribuindo com análises profundas e propostas de soluções inovadoras;

• Graduação Superior Completo;
• Inglês: Intermediário;
• Experiência em apresentação de JBP e conhecimento de Margem;
• Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
• Liderança inspiradora, com foco em desenvolvimento de equipe;
• Pacote Office e Power BI;
• Disponibilidade de Viagens;
