Experiência em administração e implantação de condomínios comerciais de médio porte com características de unidades corporativas e escritórios, sólidos conhecimentos operacionais na gestão de equipes de serviços terceirizados como; segurança, limpeza, portaria, recepção, jardinagem e etc. administração de contratos e documentos do empreendimento, orçamentos anuais e mensais, bem como rotina administrativa.

Conhecimento financeiros de contas a pagar e receber, centros de custo, boletos, rotinas bancárias e gestão de recursos.

Conhecimento técnicos de instalações prediais, ar condicionado, hidráulicas, elétricas, combate a incêndio, SDAI, CFTV, controle de acesso e automação predial.

Vivencia na implantação de edifícios e relacionamento com incorporadoras, construtoras, clientes, proprietários.

Facilidade de comunicação, pro atividade, resiliência e perseverança. Ser detalhista e meticuloso no tratamento do contrato em todos os aspectos.
