What will you be doing here?

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Gerenciar e conduzir operações de Red Team, combinando liderança estratégica com atuação técnica direta na execução de testes ofensivos, visando fortalecer a postura de segurança da organização por meio de simulações realistas de ameaças.

• Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de Red Team, promovendo evolução técnica contínua

• Planejar, coordenar e executar operações de Red Team (ataques simulados)

• Atuar de forma hands-on em testes de intrusão avançados

• Simular ataques baseados em frameworks como MITRE ATT&CK

• Identificar vulnerabilidades técnicas, processuais e humanas (ex: engenharia social)

• Desenvolver e customizar ferramentas, scripts e exploits

• Executar atividades como:

  • Exploração de aplicações web e APIs

  • Ataques a infraestrutura

  • Phishing e campanhas de engenharia social

  • Evasão de controles de segurança (EDR, SIEM, etc.)

• Trabalhar em conjunto com AppSec e Purple Team para melhoria contínua

• Produzir relatórios técnicos e executivos com recomendações claras

• Apoiar na definição de estratégias ofensivas e roadmap de segurança
