This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gestor - Desbloqueios based in Brazil.
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating a high-volume legal operations flow focused on judicial and extrajudicial unblocking processes, especially related to vehicle restrictions and asset release. You will act at the core of a fast-paced legal environment where precision, agility, and decision-making directly impact the release and circulation of assets. The position requires strong operational oversight, ensuring that legal procedures are executed correctly, deadlines are met, and stakeholders are aligned throughout the process. You will also play a key role in negotiating with external parties and supporting internal teams with strategic legal guidance. This is a highly dynamic role, combining legal expertise, operational management, and performance-driven execution. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of complex legal and financial recovery operations.
Accountabilities:
Lead and oversee legal operations related to judicial and extrajudicial unblocking processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high performance in asset release workflows.
- Manage a portfolio of judicial and administrative cases involving asset restrictions, unblockings, and financial releases
- Review and support the drafting of petitions, legal filings, and urgent measures with a focus on speed and legal accuracy
- Monitor critical deadlines and ensure proper updating of legal and operational systems
- Negotiate with external lawyers, institutions, and involved parties to resolve blocking and release procedures
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams on legal strategies related to asset unblocking and recovery
- Produce management reports and performance indicators for leadership decision-making
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, accounting, and control teams to support documentation and case execution
- Support identification and tracking of assets or individuals to ensure continuity of legal processes
Requirements:
Strong legal and operational background with a focus on high-volume case management, judicial systems, and performance-driven execution in legal environments.
- Law degree (postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure or Administrative Law are a plus)
- Experience with judicial blocking/unblocking systems (e.g., Renajud and related platforms)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and legal management systems
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and ability to manage strict and critical deadlines
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure operational legal environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
