This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gestor(a) de Projetos de Arquitetura e Implantação based in Brazil.
This role is focused on ensuring the successful opening and implementation of new franchise units, acting as a key bridge between franchisees, technical teams, and brand standards. You will oversee the full lifecycle of store rollout projects, from architectural validation to execution follow-up, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines. The position requires strong coordination skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced expansion environment. You will also play a strategic role in supporting franchise partners, guiding them through technical and operational requirements. With direct impact on business growth, your work ensures that each new unit is delivered efficiently and aligned with brand expectations. This is a dynamic role for professionals who enjoy combining architecture, project management, and operational execution.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of new unit implementation, working closely with franchisees and internal stakeholders.
- Review, analyze, and validate architectural projects to ensure compliance with brand standards and technical requirements.
- Support franchisees throughout all stages of project execution, providing guidance on timelines, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to established deadlines and milestones.
- Develop technical materials and guidelines to support standardization and execution quality across units.
- Engage and manage suppliers to support cost optimization, benchmarking, and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct field visits and site supervision when necessary to ensure project alignment and execution quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in project management, construction, store rollout, or expansion projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of urban legislation, especially related to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for travel and on-site visits.
- Experience in franchising, retail, or food service industries is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with remote project management and construction monitoring is an advantage.
