Role Description

The Group FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Group FP&A function, with a particular focus on becoming the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our enterprise performance management system, OneStream. 

The Group FP&A Analyst will provide essential finance support by working alongside the Group Financial Analyst to deliver accurate and timely analysis of central overheads. A solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in the general ledger and overhead cost areas, is required as you will progressively take full ownership of central GL accounting responsibilities.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Act as the central SME for OneStream, responsible for supporting users, ensuring data integrity, and delivering system improvements in line with business needs.
• Lead the day-to-day maintenance of OneStream, including troubleshooting, data flows, integrations, and system updates.
• Progress toward becoming the OneStream system administrator, taking full ownership of both ongoing operational maintenance and longer-term roadmap development.
• Deliver training and support to finance and non-finance users, promoting efficient use of the system and best practices.
• Collaborate with external implementation partners to roll out new functionality and optimize existing processes within OneStream.
• Support Group FP&A with ad hoc analysis and executive-level presentation materials for the C-Suite and Board.
• Assist in the monthly reporting and analysis of Group central overheads, with a view to fully owning this process in the future.
• Contribute to the Group budgeting and forecasting cycles by providing reliable data and system support.
• Support ad hoc reporting requirements for key departments (e.g., Strategic Accounts, Delivery Centre).
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of financial insights.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience, ideally within an FP&A or systems-focused role.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles, with experience in GL accounting and cost center reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with financial systems; OneStream experience is highly desirable but not essential.
• Exposure to financial consolidation tools (e.g., HFM) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for systems and data management.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for improving processes and data quality.
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong communicator, able to explain technical systems to a non-technical audience.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and engaging with senior stakeholders.
